The Customer Sales Team Leader will be responsible for managing and leading a team of Customer Sales Executives. This role involves supervising daily call activities, driving sales performance, ensuring quality standards, and supporting the team in achieving targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Lead, monitor, and motivate a team of Customer Sales Executives
Assign daily call targets and track team performance
Ensure inbound and outbound calls are handled professionally
Support team members in closing sales and handling objections
Monitor call quality, scripts, and compliance with company processes
Conduct daily briefings, feedback sessions, and performance reviews
Train new and existing team members on products, sales techniques, and systems
Ensure proper use of computer/laptop, CRM, Excel, and calling software
Prepare daily and monthly sales reports
Coordinate with management for target planning and process improvements
Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat sales through team efforts
