Telecalling Team Leader

We are looking for a Team Leader to join our team Expect More BPO Solution Pvt.Ltd. to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries related to Life Insurance. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of Upto 27000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle team and team members calls professionally and efficiently.

• Address customer queries, resolve concerns and manage complaints.

• Keep records of team member and users' performance report when required.

• Provide assistance to team members.

• Control Attrition and Shrinkage of the team.

• Knowledge of Excel specially V look up and other formulas.

• Meet performance targets and work with other departments to manage complex issues.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1-5 years. You will be responsible for Team handling and team queries, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary. The candidate should be comfortable with Day Shift.
