• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and timely reporting to management.

• Handle escalations and resolve team-related issues efficiently.

• Coordinate with other departments to support business objectives.

• Motivate the team to maintain a high level of performance and morale.

• Requirements:

• Proven experience in team handling or leadership roles (preferably in sales, marketing, BPO, or similar domains).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools
