Job Title: Sales Telecaller
Location: Behind Kalaam Academy, Gopalpura, Jaipur
Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers can apply)
Salary: As per company norms + Incentives
Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound and handle inbound sales calls to potential customers
Explain company products/services clearly and confidently
Understand customer requirements and close sales
Follow up with interested leads regularly
Maintain daily call reports and customer records
Update lead and customer data in CRM/Excel
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Customer-focused and positive attitude
Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM)
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in telecalling or sales is an advantage
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
