About the Company

Shree Shyam Ji Tyres deals in MRF tyres and tyre-related products and services. We are looking for a proactive and responsible female candidate who can manage customer calling, social media accounts, and online brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

1. Telecalling & Customer Follow-ups

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

• Follow up with customers regarding tyre enquiries, sales, services, and offers.

• Maintain customer databases and update calling records.

• Respond to customer enquiries professionally and coordinate with the sales team.

2. Social Media Management

• Manage and regularly update the company's LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook accounts.

• Create and publish posts, photos, promotional creatives, and videos related to tyres, products, services, and offers.

• Post festival greetings and special occasion creatives for Diwali, Holi, New Year, and other important festivals.

• Maintain consistent brand visibility and engagement across social media platforms.

• Assist in creating promotional campaigns to generate customer enquiries and increase brand awareness.

• Reply to comments and messages and monitor customer engagement.

3. General Marketing Support

• Coordinate with the team to collect product photos, customer testimonials, and service updates.

• Keep social media content fresh, professional, and relevant.

• Track basic social media performance and prepare regular activity reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in telecalling, social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar tools for creating social media posts.

• Comfortable making customer calls and handling follow-ups.

• Good organisational skills and a proactive attitude.

• Ability to work independently and maintain a consistent posting schedule.

Candidate Preference

• Female candidate preferred.

• Experience in automobile, tyre, retail, or service-related businesses will be an advantage.

• Candidates who can handle both customer calling and social media activities are encouraged to apply.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
