Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound/inbound calls to potential customers

• Explain products/services and assist with inquiries

• Generate leads and maintain a customer database

• Follow up with interested prospects and close deals if required

• Maintain records of calls and sales activity

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi

• Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment

• Good listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel)

• Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
