Make outbound/inbound calls to potential customers
Explain products/services and assist with inquiries
Generate leads and maintain a customer database
Follow up with interested prospects and close deals if required
Maintain records of calls and sales activity
Provide timely feedback to the sales team
Minimum 5 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment
Good listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel)
Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
