1, Should have a minimum experience of 1 to 5 years as a Telecaller/ Telesales/Inside sales/equivalent position.

2, Should be fluent in Tamil and English.

3, Generate qualified leads and follow up on inquiries.

4, Maintain a detailed database of calls and customer information in the CRM.

5, Coordinate with the marketing team to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
