Pipeline & CRM management: Diligently maintain lead and client records in CRM; update call notes, statuses, and outcomes

Reporting: Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets; prepare performance and conversion reports

Collaboration: Partner with operations and legal teams to ensure smooth appointment scheduling and service delivery

Regulatory awareness: Stay updated on immigration regulations and visa policies to ensure accurate information is delivered
