Position Summary

We are seeking a confident, energetic, and result-oriented Telemarketing Executive to handle student inquiries, generate leads, and promote our study abroad and visa services. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and basic technical knowledge to manage daily reporting and CRM updates efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Calling

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided databases.

  • Handle inbound inquiries in a professional manner.

  • Explain study abroad programs, visa procedures, and company services clearly and confidently.

2. Follow-Up & Conversion

  • Conduct regular follow-ups with interested candidates.

  • Schedule appointments for counseling sessions.

  • Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

3. CRM & Reporting

  • Update call remarks and follow-up details accurately in the CRM/software after every call.

  • Maintain proper call records and daily performance reports.

  • Ensure data accuracy and systematic documentation.

4. Coordination

  • Coordinate with counselors and documentation teams for smooth processing.

  • Provide correct and updated information to students and parents.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum Graduate (any stream preferred).

  • Excellent communication skills with a confident and talkative personality.

  • Good command over Hindi and Gujarati; basic understanding of English is required.

  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

  • Understanding of updating remarks in CRM/software after each call.

  • Basic computer proficiency is mandatory.

  • Operating knowledge of Laptop/Desktop is essential.

  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint is required.

  • Ability to maintain organized records and reports.
