Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to verify customer KYC
Record verification outcomes accurately
Update CRM/verification system with verified data
Follow up on pending or unclear cases
Maintain daily reports of completed and pending verifications
Ensure timely completion of assigned cases.
Requirements
✔ Excellent communication skills Both (Hindi & English)
✔ Preferred English Communication
✔ Polite and professional calling etiquette
✔ Strong attention to detail
✔ Excellent computer knowledge (email, MS Office, Excel)
✔ Prior experience in tele calling or verification preferred
