Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding real estate projects.

• Explain project details, pricing, location benefits, amenities, and features.

• Generate leads and maintain a follow-up schedule.

• Update customer information in CRM / Excel.

• Fix site visits and coordinate with the sales team.

• Handle customer inquiries politely and professionally.

• Maintain daily call reports and follow-up reports.

Requirements:

• Any qualification (12th / Degree).

• Good communication skills (Tamil + Basic English).

• Experience in real estate telecalling preferred (freshers also can apply).

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel / WhatsApp / Email).

• Pleasant voice and confident speaking skills.

• Ability to handle customer queries and convince them for site visit.

• Salary: — 10,000 to 20000
