Job Title: Telecaller (Hindi & Marathi Speaking)
Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Telecaller fluent in Hindi and Marathi to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, promoting products/services, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers in Hindi and Marathi.

• Explain products/services and generate interest or leads.

• Follow up with customers for feedback or additional queries.

• Maintain customer data and call logs accurately.

• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate if needed.

• Achieve daily/weekly call targets as assigned.
  Required Skills:

  • Fluency in Hindi and Marathi (spoken).

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools is a plus).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.

  • Customer-focused approach and patience.

  Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any stream.

  • Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.

  • Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
