Telecalling Executive – Walk-in Opportunity at VGM

Job Role: Telecalling Executive

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹19,000 per month
Experience: Fresher / Experienced (0–6 months)
Qualification: HSC (12th Pass) or Any Degree
Shift: Day Shift
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Languages Required: Tamil + Any One South Indian Language

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns effectively.
Provide accurate information and timely solutions.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
Work closely with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve performance metrics such as call handling time and resolution rates.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / HSC or Any Degree.

· Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

· Good communication skills in Tamil and any additional South Indian language.

· Basic customer handling and problem-solving skills preferred.
