🎯 Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing calls (lead follow-ups)
Guide patients about our Skin, Hair & Ayurveda treatments
Convert leads into confirmed appointments
Maintain regular follow-ups via calls and WhatsApp
Manage appointment booking and scheduling
Resolve patient queries in a polite and professional manner
Maintain records in CRM or Excel

✅ Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi & Basic English)
Experience in telecalling or telesales preferred
Strong convincing and counselling skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM)
Experience in Skin, Hair, or Ayurveda clinic is a plus

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + incentives
Shift: Day Shift (09:00 AM – 06:00 PM)
