Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services, answer questions, and generate leads or sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products or services clearly and professionally.
Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
Follow up on previous interactions.
Maintain and update customer databases.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Handle customer objections and resolve complaints effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar role (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
