Customers ko call karke loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, Used Car Loan etc.) ki information dena
Customer ki loan requirement samajhna aur suitable product offer karna
Fresh leads aur follow-up calls handle karna
Customer data aur call details CRM / records mein update karna
Documents collection aur verification ke liye coordination karna
Daily calling targets achieve karna
Senior/team leader ko daily work report dena
Requirements:Minimum 12th Pass / Graduation (preferred)
Telecalling / Sales / Loan background ho to advantage
Freshers bhi apply kar sakte hain
Hindi bolne mein fluency, basic English understanding
Customer handling aur convincing ability
Skills Required:Strong communication & convincing skills
Target-oriented approach
Time management & follow-up skills
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude aur team ke saath kaam karne ki ability
