Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction:

  Engaging with customers via phone, both inbound (customers calling in) and outbound (making calls to customers). 

• Lead Generation:

  Identifying and qualifying potential customers who may be interested in the company's products or services. 

• Sales and Support:

  Providing product information, answering questions, handling complaints, and ultimately, closing sales. 

• Customer Service:

  Assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction. 

• Relationship Building:

  Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty. 

• Data Management:

  Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating CRM systems. 

• Follow-up:

  Following up with leads and existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and drive business. 

• Target Achievement:

  Meeting individual or team sales targets and contributing to overall business performance.
