Key Responsibilities:

.Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.

. Handle inbound customer inquires and provides accurate information.

.Maintain and update customer database on a daily basis.

. Follow up with interested leads.

Skills & Requirements:

.Good verbal communication in Hindi and english.

. Good listening skills and problem solving ability.

.Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

. Basic computer knowledge.

. Minimum qualification Graduate by any stream.

. Prior experienced is an added advantage.
