Telecalling Executive

We are hiring an Tele caller (Fresher/Experienced) with fluent English for our clinic at Laxmi Nagar, Delhi. Role includes handling patient inquiries, explaining hair treatments (Hair Transplant, PRP, GFC, Hair Care), scheduling appointments & maintaining follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities – Tele caller

• Handle inbound & outbound calls professionally with fluency in English.

• Explain clinic services: Hair Transplant, PRP, GFC & Hair Care Products.

• Generate leads, convert inquiries, and schedule patient appointments.

• Maintain accurate call records, follow-ups, and CRM updates.

• Build positive patient relationships with polite and confident communication.

• Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, conversions, and appointments.

• Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for smooth patient visits.
