Job Description :
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecaller Freshers to join our Recruitment & Staffing team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting job seekers, explaining available job opportunities, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to candidates regarding available job openings.
Explain job roles, company details, salary, location, and other requirements.
Understand candidates' qualifications, experience, and job preferences.
Conduct basic candidate screening over the phone.
Schedule interviews with suitable candidates.
Follow up with candidates regarding interviews and joining status.
Maintain candidate details and update recruitment records.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and candidate-screening targets.
Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
