Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Inbound)

Location: Vaishnodevi Circle - Ahmedabad

Shift Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (1 Weekly Off)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive (Inbound) to handle incoming customer queries and provide timely resolutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from customers and resolve their queries efficiently.

• Provide accurate information and support regarding products/services.

• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up as necessary.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and effective solutions.

• Meet daily/weekly targets related to call handling and resolution.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Gujarati Language

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

• Ability to stay calm and handle customer complaints professionally.

• Prior experience in a customer support role is an added advantage (not mandatory).

• Minimum educational qualification: [Insert minimum qualification, e.g., 12th pass / Graduate].
