We are looking for a confident and bold Telecaller with excellent communication skills who can speak fluently, handle objections, and generate quality leads. The ideal candidate should be energetic, persuasive, and comfortable talking to different types of clients over the phone.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers/investors from provided data

Clearly explain real estate projects, offers, and company details

Handle customer queries confidently and professionally

Follow up on interested leads and maintain call records

Achieve daily and monthly calling & lead targets

Maintain a positive and convincing tone on calls

✅ Required Skills & Qualities

Excellent verbal communication skills (Tamil / English preferred)

Bold attitude and confidence in handling calls

Ability to convince and influence people

Comfortable with targets and follow-ups

Basic knowledge of CRM or call logs (preferred)

Energetic, positive, and result-oriented mindset

🎓 Eligibility

Minimum: Any graduate

Experience: 2–4 years of telecalling / sales experience preferred
