Job Summary:

Urban Money is seeking enthusiastic and goal-driven Tele callers to join our Home Loan department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, educating potential customers about home loan offerings, and converting inquiries into successful applications. This role is vital to driving customer engagement and supporting the sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for Home Loan offerings.

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide product information effectively.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable home loan products.

• Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, documentation, and process timelines.

• Schedule appointments for the sales team or guide customers through the online application process.

• Follow up with interested leads and ensure timely document collection and submission.

• Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM systems.

• Coordinate with sales, operations, and credit teams to ensure smooth processing.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 0.6 to 3 years in telecalling, preferably in BFSI/Home Loan domain.

• Education: Minimum HSC (12th pass); graduation preferred.

• Communication: Fluent in Hindi and English (additional languages are a plus).

• Skills: Good persuasion skills, confidence on calls, basic MS Office or CRM familiarity.
