Telecalling Executive

Job Title: Telecaller – NGO

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Telecaller to connect with donors, supporters, and beneficiaries. The Telecaller will be responsible for fundraising calls, donor engagement, awareness campaigns, and maintaining strong relationships with supporters.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential donors.

• Explain the NGO’s mission, vision, and ongoing projects clearly.

• Request donations and support for campaigns and fundraising drives.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and donor details in CRM or database.

• Follow up with donors for repeat contributions and updates.

• Address donor queries politely and professionally.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and fundraising targets.

• Coordinate with the fundraising and marketing team for campaign updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

• Basic computer knowledge

• Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection.
