### Job Summary

SMFG is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecalling Officers / Executives to join the team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer support or telecalling, preferably within the •banking/financial products sector•, with good communication skills in Telugu and Kannada.

### Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Assist customers with queries related to banking and financial products.

• Explain product features, eligibility, and process details clearly to customers.

• Follow up with customers regarding applications, documents, and service requests.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
