Product Promotion: Explaining loan options (home, personal, business) and credit card products to prospective clients.
Documentation & Verification: Collecting KYC documents and income proof from borrowers, conducting preliminary checks for authenticity, and ensuring application completion.
Loan Facilitation: Submitting applications to the bank and following up through the sanction and disbursement process.
Client Relationship Management: Assisting clients through the entire application process, from inquiry to loan approval.
