Position: Multiple Openings – Telecaller & Customer Support Executive

Location:
Bank of Baroda Building, Mama Chauraha,
C-1, Kursi Highway, Sector M, Aliganj,
Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh – 226022

Working Days: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

For Telecaller:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.

• Explain company products/services in a clear and concise manner.

• Handle queries and provide correct information to customers.

• Follow up with leads to convert them into business opportunities.

• Maintain call logs and update CRM on a daily basis.

For Customer Support Executive:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

• Document all interactions accurately.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any stream.

• Good communication skills in Hindi (English will be a plus).

• Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools.

• Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving abilities.

• Prior experience in telecalling or customer support will be preferred.
