Key Responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls in English and Malayalam to potential and existing customers.

• Explain Simpel’s products and services clearly, highlighting how they can benefit clients.

• Identify customer needs, answer questions, and handle objections with professionalism and patience.

• Maintain accurate customer records and call logs in our system (CRM/database).

• Follow up on leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team as needed.

• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly call and conversion targets while keeping a friendly tone.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Communication: Excellent spoken and written English and Malayalam skills. You should speak clearly and listen attentively.

• Customer Service: A positive, professional attitude with good interpersonal skills. Patience and politeness on calls are a must.

• Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office, email, internet). Experience with CRM software is a plus, but training will be provided.

• Education: 10th/12th pass or any graduate (preferred, but not mandatory).

• Learning Attitude: Willingness to learn quickly, adapt to feedback, and grow into the role (we provide training and support).

Experience Level

• Entry Level (0–6 months experience). Freshers are welcome! We offer on-the-job training to help you succeed.

Salary Offered

• ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience and performance).
