About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and fluent Hindi-speaking Telecaller with experience in B2B customer support. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining our software products, and highlighting their key benefits to drive engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the software products and their features.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable product information and solutions.
Clearly communicate the benefits and value of the software to customers.
Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in the system.
Follow up with interested customers to ensure successful onboarding or sales conversion.
Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, B2B, or customer support roles.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English or other regional languages are a plus).
Ability to explain technical or software-related information in simple terms.
Strong persuasion and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or calling tools.
