We are looking for a Telecaller - Collection Calling to join our team Shree Ganga Finance Private Limited. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to NBFC.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
Meet and exceed collection target set by the organization.
Keep record of every customer interaction and collection activities.
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach
Maintain accurate records of collections and follow-ups with customer
Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues
Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation with experience of 6 months to 1 year. You will be responsible for cold callings, preparing accurate collection data, resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 days a week during the 10:00am to 7:00pm shift.
