Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and dealers regarding our electric vehicles and offers

• Explain the product features, benefits, pricing, and booking process

• Follow up with leads generated through digital campaigns and walk-ins

• Maintain a database of customer interactions and update the CRM system regularly

• Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information

Requirements:

• 12th pass or graduate in any discipline

• Strong communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)

• Good telephone etiquette and convincing skills

• Basic knowledge of electric vehicles (training will be provided
