Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the company’s products/services.

• Handle inbound queries professionally and convert leads into sales.

• Maintain and update customer databases.

• Follow up on leads through phone calls, emails, or WhatsApp.

• Understand customer needs and provide accurate information.

• Schedule meetings or site visits for the sales team if required.

• Maintain call records and daily reporting to the team leader/manager.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets and KPIs.

Key Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.

• Confident, energetic, and persuasive speaking skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.

• Good listening and problem-solving skills.

• Multilingual ability is a plus.

Preferred Candidates:

• Candidates with experience in telesales, BPO, or customer service will be preferred.

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
