Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant information.

• Maintain records of calls and customer responses in the CRM system.

• Follow up with leads and ensure consistent communication.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

• Handle customer questions, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.

• Assist the sales/marketing team with campaigns and data verification.

• Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum [12th pass / Bachelor's degree preferred].

• Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, or customer support is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in [English / Hindi / regional languages as needed].

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM systems.

• Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.

• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
