Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our  team.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in one or more South Indian languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam) and responsible for driving sales and fostering strong customer relationships with our regional clientele. 

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling: Explain to our Beverage product, Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers using a prepared script to explain products/services.

Sales & Negotiation:  features and benefits in a clear, persuasive manner, handle objections effectively, and close sales over the phone.

Customer Relationship Management: Provide excellent customer service, handle queries and

Required Qualifications and Skills

Language Proficiency: Must be highly proficient (read, write, speak) in one or more South Indian languages (e.g., Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam).

Experience: Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, or business development is preferred (minimum 0-2 years).

Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy, including experience with MS Excel, email, and CRM software.

Education

Minimum of a 12th pass or a Bachelor's degree/3-year diploma in any field.
