• Contact and follow up with potential leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and online platforms.

• Explain training programs such as SAP, software, and technical courses in both Tamil and English.

• Understand the learner’s profile and suggest suitable courses based on their interests and goals.

• Convert inquiries into enrollments through consistent follow-up and counseling.

• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM or tracking sheets.

• Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead generation and conversions.

• Participate in promotional events, campaigns, and webinars when required.

• Meet monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
