Job Title: Telecaller Executive

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from company-provided databases.

• Explain project details, pricing, offers, and investment opportunities.

• Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested customers.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture leads and increase conversions.

• Update CRM and customer databases with relevant information.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely lead closure.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Service, or Real Estate.

• Excellent communication and convincing skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.

• Strong customer handling and follow-up abilities.

• Comfortable making outbound calls and achieving targets.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.

• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven approach.
