Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and confident Telemarketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging existing clients and validating leads, with a focus on increasing footfall to our showroom for product demonstrations and music listening experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing clients to invite them to the showroom.

• Promote product demonstrations and music listening experiences.

• Follow up on leads received from digital marketing efforts and validate them.

• Maintain accurate call records and provide daily updates to the team.

• Persuade and encourage clients to visit the showroom through effective communication.

Performance Metrics:

• Success will be measured by the number of client visits generated to the showroom.

Candidate Requirements:

• Female candidates only.

• Proficiency in Tamil and English is mandatory; Hindi is an added advantage.

• Comfortable with phone-based communication.

• Basic knowledge of Excel and WhatsApp usage.

• Preferred age: 35 years and above.

• Preferred location: Candidates residing within a 7 km radius of Kellys, Chennai.
