We are looking for a proactive and confident Call Coordinator to handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up with customers, schedule service visits, and support daily office operations. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to manage customer queries professionally.
Handle incoming customer calls related to service, sales, and general inquiries.
Make outbound calls to follow up on service requests, pending issues, and customer reminders.
Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly tone in all calls.
Record service complaints and assign them to the respective engineers.
Schedule service visits based on engineer availability and customer convenience.
Track service progress and ensure timely completion.
Update customers regarding the status of their service requests.
Follow up with customers who enquired about laptop/desktop service or sales.
Convert incoming leads into confirmed visits or orders whenever possible.
Maintain regular follow-up for non-responsive customers.
Update daily call logs, follow-up sheets, service status, and customer details.
Maintain attendance and basic office records if required.
Share daily/weekly reports with the management team.
Coordinate with technicians, sales team, and management for smooth operations.
Communicate customer needs/complaints to the concerned team promptly.
Good communication skills (Tamil & Basic English).
Confident phone-handling ability.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email).
Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
1–2 years experience in telecalling/customer service preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Any degree / 12th pass with good communication.
