We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team at ORBLR DRIVTECH. This role involves making outbound calls, generating sales, and providing knowledgeable support to customers regarding EV (Electric Vehicle) chargers. The position offers ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 Plus Incnetives along with a dynamic, growth-oriented work environment.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell EV chargers
Explain product features, technical specifications, and benefits in a clear and simple manner
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable EV charging solutions
Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions
Address customer queries and concerns with a strong problem-solving approach
Coordinate with technical and operations teams to handle complex queries or installations
Meet and exceed sales targets, conversion rates, and call performance metrics
Minimum qualification: Graduate
1–2 years of experience in telesales, customer support, or related roles
Basic technical knowledge of electrical systems or EV chargers (training will be provided)
Strong communication, persuasion, and customer-handling skills
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, customer-friendly language
Must be open to a 6-day working week during the day shift
