JD – Performance & Control Tower Calling Executive

Handle outbound calls for performance tracking and issue resolution related to drivers, batteries, chargers, and operations. Coordinate with teams, track issues till closure, and maintain proper reports/logs.

• Problem-solving and follow-up skills

• Comfortable with rotational shifts
