Telecalling Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to contribute to generating sales or leads for our company. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services, or schedule appointments using a script and persuasive communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the database provided

• Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries, and provide information

• Pitch products and services to potential clients

• Follow up with leads and maintain customer databases

• Maintain a record of calls and sales, and note useful information

• Handle customer questions and resolve their issues or escalate as needed

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the manager

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
