Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to handle customer inquiries, generate sales, build customer relationships, and contribute to business growth.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert potential leads into successful sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Generate new leads and convert them into sales.
Explain product features, pricing, offers, and benefits to customers.
Follow up with potential customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and support customer acquisition.
Maintain customer records, sales reports, and follow-up details.
Coordinate with the operations and support teams for smooth order processing.
Promote products, offers, and new arrivals to potential customers.
Ensure a positive customer experience and professional communication.
QualificationsMinimum 12th Pass; graduation preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp and MS Excel.
Good Hindi communication; basic English is preferred.
Candidates with experience in electronics, retail, telecalling, or e-commerce sales will have an advantage.
