Job Description

  • Manage customer relationships and maintain regular communication with clients.

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, and service requests.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM software regularly.

  • Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders and new requirements.

  • Coordinate with the Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts teams for timely order updates.

  • Track customer orders, payments, delivery status, and pending requirements.

  • Prepare daily/weekly CRM reports and maintain customer databases.

  • Identify customer needs and ensure proper resolution of issues.

  • Support the sales team in customer follow-ups and lead management.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to improve customer retention.

  • Ensure timely and professional communication through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
