Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Tele Sales Executive who can call potential customers, explain our water treatment products, and generate sales leads. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of sales.
Key Responsibilities
Call potential customers from the provided database or leads.
Explain company products such as RO plants, water softeners, water coolers, DM plants, and filtration systems.
Generate sales enquiries and fix meetings for the sales team.
Follow up with customers for quotations and orders.
Maintain customer data and call records properly.
Support the sales team in closing orders.
Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
Required Skills
Good communication skills (Hindi, Marathi, basic English).
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, WhatsApp).
Ability to convince customers over the phone.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualification
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
0–2 years experience in telesales or customer calling (Freshers can also apply).
