Telecalling Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Tele caller to join our team for domestic calling. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining products or services, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication and persuasion skills who are eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers across India.

• Clearly and effectively explain products or services in Hindi, English, or regional languages.

• Generate leads and convert inquiries into appointments or sales.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or database.

• Address and resolve customer queries politely and professionally.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.

• Report customer feedback and any issues to the supervisor or manager.

Key Skills Required:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of a regional language is a plus).

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel.

• Confidence, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
