🔑 Key Responsibilities📌 High-Volume Call Handling: Should be capable of managing 100–150 quality calls daily with consistency and professionalism.
📌 Lead Engagement: Follow up on Meta & Google-generated leads across multiple business verticals.
📌 Prospect Reach: Strong idea on how to connect with RNR (Ring No Response) calls via multiple channels & find alternative ways to reach prospects.
📌 Sales Conversion Strategy: Use different strategies to maximize sales conversions and meet monthly targets.
📌 Deal Closing & Negotiation: Quick learner in closing deals, negotiating smartly, and overcoming objections with confidence.
📌 Pain Point Analysis: Understand prospect needs, listen actively, identify pain points, and sell effective solutions.
📌 Cross-Selling Skills: Proactively cross-sell services wherever possible to boost revenue.
📌 Call Quality Management: Follow pre-approved call scripts, ensure quality standards, and manage escalations.
📌 Follow-Up Commitment: Be passionate and persistent in follow-up cases with high ownership and accountability.
📌 CRM & Data Entry: Accurately update lead status, call history, and conversion progress in CRM & Excel sheets.
📌 Reporting & Insights: Generate call performance reports, track conversion ratios, and share actionable insights.
📌 Recorded Call Analysis: Regularly review call recordings, provide value tips, hacks, and strategies to improve team efficiency.
📌 Team Handling Experience: Strong experience in team management, workflow supervision, and mentoring juniors.
📌 Cross-Audit Skills: Audit telecallers’ workflows and reports to ensure accuracy and productivity.
📌 Process Optimization: Continuously refine scripts, call flow, and follow-up strategies for better results.
📌 Collaboration: Work closely with the sales & marketing team to drive unified business goals.
