We’re seeking an enthusiastic Inbound Telesales Executive to handle incoming client inquiries and convert them into bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Handle inbound calls from potential clients interested in our photography services.

•  Understand client needs and provide detailed information about our packages, pricing, and availability.

•  Offer personalized recommendations and guide clients toward the most suitable photography solutions.

•  Build rapport with callers to foster trust and maximize conversion rates.

•  Follow up with leads and maintain an organized record of interactions via CRM.

•  Coordinate with the operations and photography teams to ensure smooth bookings and client satisfaction.

•  Meet or exceed sales and conversion targets from inbound inquiries.

Requirements:

•  Minimum 1 year of experience in inbound telesales, customer service, or a related role.

•  Experience in photography, event management, or creative services is highly preferred.

•  Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

•  Strong interpersonal and sales skills with a customer-first approach.

•  Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office applications.

•  Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
