We are looking for a detail-oriented Backend Executive (Data Entry) to manage and maintain product listings, vendor documentation, and order processing on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely updates of all records related to GeM operations.
Upload and manage product/service listings on the GeM portal.
Update prices, technical specifications, and catalog details as required.
Maintain accurate data records and documentation related to tenders, bids, and orders.
Coordinate with procurement, sales, and accounts teams to ensure timely processing of bids and orders.
Track and respond to bid opportunities, reverse auctions, and tender notifications.
Handle vendor registration, product catalog management, and policy compliance on GeM.
Prepare MIS reports, data summaries, and performance updates.
Verify all entries for accuracy and completeness before submission.
Support internal audits and ensure data confidentiality.
Graduate in any discipline (preferably B.Com, BBA, or related field).
Fresher to 2 years of experience in data entry, back-office operations, or GeM portal handling.
Hands-on experience with MS Excel, Word, and GeM portal operations.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills and team coordination.
Knowledge of Government procurement processes.
Experience with tender submission and documentation.
Basic understanding of GST, invoice generation, and vendor management.
Accuracy and timeliness of data entry.
Number of successful bids/orders processed.
Compliance with GeM policies and documentation standards.
Efficiency in report generation and coordination.
