Job Summary

Legal Capital Law Firm is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Telecalling Executive with 2 to 6 years of experience in telecalling, customer handling, and sales. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, convincing abilities, and experience in handling inbound and outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Contact potential clients and explain the company's legal services.
Generate leads and convert enquiries into potential clients.
Follow up with interested clients regularly.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the legal and sales teams regarding client requirements.
Handle customer queries and objections effectively.
Maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Update daily calling reports and follow-up status.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years and maximum 6 years of relevant experience.
Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, BPO, or customer support.
Strong sales and convincing skills are mandatory.
Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel proficiency.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Strong client-handling and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with previous sales or telesales experience.
Experience in lead generation and client conversion.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Candidates with experience in legal services will have an added advantage.
