With a mission to make credit accessible, fast, and hassle-free, we’re looking for Telecollection Executives who will help us maintain customer trust while ensuring timely repayments.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers with overdue payments via phone.

• Remind and guide borrowers about repayment timelines and methods.

• Clearly explain loan terms, repayment schedules, and resolve queries.

• Record accurate details of customer commitments and follow-ups in the system.

• Escalate complex cases or disputes to the collections manager.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly collection targets.

• Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).

• Excellent communication in Hindi & English.

• Persuasive, target-driven, and customer-focused.

• Freshers welcome; prior telecalling/collection experience is a plus.

Work Type: Full-time, In-office only
